Obviously can't commandgrab in blockstun, and there a few moves in the game with throw invincibility; Ries' 624 shield attack, for example. Otherwise, just be within about 1-1.5 character length's for max distance. Learning how to change it up between a tick throw and a normal will do wonders.

Other things you can work on: staggers, mixups. Mainly staggers. They make her really annoying to fight, if done properly.
The 623B overhead you do is just too obvious when used so often. Mix it up between a delayed 623[A], 623B, and 623[B]->2A/throw. In the corner, do EX Ice 2[C] 623A (delay) 2B 421A[4], and then jump for a low (land and 2A), or a high (airdash j2C jB). Easiest and most effective of her corner mixups.

Having a rival helped me a lot, I started out teaching him the basics in MBAC since I've scrubbed since the times of MBR, and now he stands pretty much equally to me. We just spar occasionally with no regards to delay (we get from 6 to 8 delay to each other) and I think it helps me whip out those moves in real battles against other people, by muscle memory-ing it against playful spars first instead of getting frustrated with it in random battles or the CPU controlled charas. I think he uploaded some of our recent spars to his Youtube too.
