The really wide bolt pattern on the wheels which was used only on early models. The studs don't go into the axle flange unlike with most other cars, but are screwed into the brake drum directly. (The axle is just splined to the drum and secured with a nuge hut.)

The doors and other parts look more like a Fiat 500 though.
