I prefer the third eye to stare at the viewer rather than satori

I kind of like the idea of reading a romance manga with Satori finding the one man in the universe that has no lewd thoughts of her and slowly becoming infatuated with him. Yet the very premise demands that it be NTR, because "he realizes he likes her" feels dumb, so I'm not sure if I'd ever actually like to read it. Ahh, how complicated love can be~
