My fanon has Sakuya being cursed with lycanthropy by the Lunarians. This was for leaving the Lunar capital to enjoy freedom on Earth.

No one here would accept her except for Remilia. Remi gave Sakuya shelter and protected her from the curse's effects by changing her fate (through a special pocket watch; that's another thing for me, Remi's power involves making contracts and accepting tokens, which is why she doesn't just auto-fate everything out of her way). This erased Sakuya's previous identity, making it impossible for the Lunarians to track her movements.

To outside observers, Sakuya's just a maid. But the other Scarlet Devil Manor residents know she eats more human flesh than everyone else put together.

Sakuya'd only have red eyes in the light of the real full moon (part of the curse); otherwise, they're blue.

I imagine Sakuya-EX as being savage and brutal, her danmaku altering your movement speed the closer they get to you, and having a survival card that involves navigating a series of clock hands while dodging droplets of blood.

Anyone else see anything like this in their interpretation of her? Obviously none of this is canon in the least.
