The BF3 dinosaur was a 4chan meme that made it into the game because Gustav Halling (One of the designers who works for dice) lurks 4chan.

Gustav posted a copy of this image on his twitter account, with a screen cap from an old 2009 thread in /v/ bashing MW2's lack of dinosaurs.

it's just a toy dinosaur in BF3, but the joke went kind of viral and people started doing photoshops of a Dinosaur DLC pack for BF3.

Yeah, that's why I preordered it. As for store bonus, I went with Best Buy, for the glorious Spetsnaz skins. It's too bad Amazon didn't do their usual $20 credit thing, just those dogtags, or I'd have used them.

Gamestop, of course, should be avoided at all costs. In addition to being a horrible company, their bonus is an early unlock of some shitty weapons.

It's just a shame that my computer isn't powerful enough to play it. The 360 really is horrible.
