Aside from that, I recommend Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria. It's in that easymodo link earlier, and the first volume is honestly one of the best books I've ever read, let alone light novels.

Are you trying to study Japanese or something?
Cause in English, the concept of "light novel" is almost completely without merit.

So if you aren't after the stories themselves then I don't know what.
And if that's the case, then I am wondering why they have to be "light novels", if you aren't reading them in Japanese anyway.
