Yeah the screws tend to rip out of there heads...
I got a whole load of navel key rings (you can see them in the norkio bondage pic), they were pretty cool in the fact that they came with bases, and the screws were not put into there heads, giving you the option to keep them as mini figures or put in the screw to make them keyrings.

Yea I noticed the screws get ripped out. The plastic is too soft, I think that's why. But if they made it hard, then it would crack.

So, I solved the problem recently (after losing about 4 key figs) by unscrewing all the screws and dabbing so super glue in the hole, then putting back in. I also dabbed a bit around the edge once in. This kept the screw from turning at all, and also made it less prone to just ripping threw the threads (I figure the hard glue acts as a reinforcer). Haven't lost one since.
