The story is when she was a kid, her house caught fire and her Dad died. And the right side of her body was burned. The problem is that the artists who did her CGs mistook fresh burns with burn scars which are flesh colored. It's just a small gripe about the character but not a huge issue.

Character wise she is one who's probably suffered the most in terms of pain and loss. Emi is probably a close second who lost her legs in a car accident.
