Could someone direct me to a site that has good instructions on how to cut the pages from doujins? I would like to share some of my swag from a previous shipment with /jp/ but I've never properly scanned a book before. There was a really good site posted somewhere between maybe 3-5 months ago that I forgot to save and can't find in the archives. Any help is appreciated.

Sigh, I would order some doujinshi (i admire your okuu tastes OP) but with the way things are in Canada, im not gonna risk it. However, perhaps next time an anon orders, I may not be able order (dont want to go to jail) but I would be willing to help cover the costs for someone as long as they scan. Or perhaps I should just commission someone to translate some.

Going to stop here for now since I goofed a few times and spotted potential problems with scan quality. Hopefully I'll get some feedback from MagicVoile soon if there's a big problem since they usually notice any obvious issues with quality.

It's not nearly as good as I was hoping for 30 dollars so I probably won't end up doing that one. Plus, it's like 150 pages long and would take at least an entire day or more to complete. It was a compilation doujin of like a dozen different artists, only one of which was recognizably talented (the one in the cover page), and even then he didn't make that many pages. Lastly, I'm not even sure how I'd properly tear the pages from a book that thick.

OP, if you don't mind sharing, where did you order these from and I also assume you used a proxy, yes? I can find a proxy easily enough but am interested in a good site to buy some. I read a lot so I feel like I have somewhat of a duty to upload some for others. Also, im not sure but I do recall someone saying they used a separate site to find them than to order them, was that you by any chance? If it wasn't than it must have been around the time you mentioned that you were ordering some.

I'm assuming that none of them have been scanned before (haven't explicitly checked), meaning that these are the only copies. The main reason I want to put them on Share is so that any Japanese uploaders are aware they exist. That way in case anyone was going to upload these they might upload something else instead.
