It's not what you do, but why. Let's say you slaughter innocent people. If you do it for your own pleasure, that's obviously an act Slaanesh would be most interested in, If you do it because it's necessary for some reason to fulfill your ambition, you would please Tzeentch, if they were a threat to you and the ones you love and you tried to protect them, Nurgle would most likely approve, in almost any other case, from revenge to improving yourself as a warrior, it would be a Khornate act.
Just because it has sex in it doesn't mean it's about sex. Hell, all followers of chaos do sex, even Khornates. And Khorn hates Slaanesh.
