Hotglue is now hotglue/loyalty/trolls/and a goon or two. This is due to the fact that most of /jp/ has quit this game, as you can tell by the fact that these threads have so few /jp/ regulars in them.

Snowflake is still snowflake, minus everyone who ran a hopper.

Everythingsfine is all the hoppers from snowflake, a bunch of chinese players, and every other single PLAY TO WIN AT ALL COSTS player in BRD.

EFB is basically purplevision from the beta, but having picked up enough players to play in a tourney. For example, this is where kampfer now resides.

In terms of actual player skill, EFB is most certainly the junior clan. In the end though, who wins the tournament at this point will mostly come down to what day the tournament is set on.

From what I can tell, if the tournament is to occur next week, Hotglue will have up to 2 autists missing, Snowflake will have all of their players, EFB will have all of their players, and ETF will be missing some of their players.

This will result in some very close fights. The current consensus seems to be that hotglue would beat snowflake in an even fight, but if hotglue is missing some of their powerhouse players like minamitsu or luvia, it'll be a close fight, probably with snowflake edging out.

Meanwhile, in an all out fight between the best of the best, ETF would absolutely destroy EFB due to their roster having 5 autist tier players max. If ETF is missing a sufficient chunk of their players though, you can bet that fight will be close aswell.

Mechled is actually pretty good as far as UC bots go.

Think of it as a cannonballer with arms and a much better internal gun. Pretty much a built in handmag and a secondary fire that vomits a stream of bullets extremely fast. The secondary fire it has can do upwards of 100dmg if all 20 shots in the burst hit.

But yeah, 4,000 UC and it has some pretty decent cartridges.

The proper way to hop is not merely to do damage and be impossible to shoot simply because it is impossible to not be shot.

Proper hopping involves you gauging when is the point you should run/hop away so you can hop another day or after you find a healer.

Frankly proper escaping is the key to high ranking with any bot. You also feel like you contribute a lot more when you do over 1k damage and don't die once.

Though it's a good game, it's really tough for new players to get into. New players are outclassed in terms of both skill and equipment and there's no real balancing mechanism. At the start, limit yourself to the new hero rooms (bottom of the list) in the arena and remember that dying is extremely bad for your score. Stay the hell out of the epoch battles 3* quest runs until you're exprienced.

If you are a noob, the ONLY thing you can do to truly hone your skills and prepare for Arena combat is the following:
Missions: HARD difficulty or higher SOLO.
Cacpetus Vacation trained me to be a better AIR.
Arcantus: Magdoria Volcanos and onward.
Arcantus has one of the most outrageous difficulty spikes ever. Any Commando can breeze through the first 5 Outposts of Arcantus even in the most average players hands. The Volcano ends all of this. The whole game changes from "kill everything" to RUN FOR YOUR FUCKING LIFE.

And because you need the GATE KEY to progress, you have to evade multiple enemies doing 100+ damage on you, all while targeting a single, high-value target.

JUST LIKE IN ARENA!!

BONUS: All the Arcantus Maps reappear in Arena's "Random Arcantus" stage... so it would behoove you to familiarize yourself with them before hand.

The trick with Cosmic Break is that eveyone signs up and piles into the Arena first chance they get... when really, it's teh very LAST PLACE a noob should EVER GO.

Go to Arcantus. Collect bots, parts, weapons and tunes. Do missions. collect BETTER weapons and tune rewards. Make friends. Collect parts and tunes.

Finally ditch that Starter Jikun for that Red Squealer you found? NOW you might CONSIDER joining the CIRCLE/lvl5 rooms...

My personal take on it is that the geo-cells bots like crim and lily are in fact cyborgs, but fleshy, soft ones that are mostly of "organic" composition. Yes, they do have vaginal openings but they are barren and cannot conceive with humans. They are able to eat and do poop/pee, however those functions are not necessary to their continued operation.

Play Single Player:Hard Mode as Hartigarm. Stun Regain is one of it's carts. Basically, you get stunned, you gain a tiny sliver of HP... just, not as much HP as you're losing by being stunned...

But you don't lose as much HP as a bot without stun regain would lose for being stunned.

Combine with Tough Runner, so that you can move normally while being stunned, and you have a moving tank.

I've killed Lily Eve's about 3 times and always by dumb luck because they were targeting someone else and had no HP left.

How does one go about it properly? All the little shits I've seen with one have so much goddamn fucking FLY on them they flit around impossible to get near and god help you if you get targeted by one when you're alone. Even hoppers seem useless because that fucking BEAM they shoot hits you whether you're hopping or not even if only a grazing shot it'll still do damage. I tried equipping a beam rifle and ranging one from the air but it did no good whatsoever, that fucking Eve outranged me in the air. They almost always flit around behind their own allies so if you get near one you've gotten near all the other bots close by them but it'll still outrange your ass even while receiving cover from half a dozen allies.

So what do you do? I can't figure it out to save my damn life. The closest I've come is Destructor Girl's missiles but those are easily shot down and dodged.

Tempura? Well, I personally think we need something that promotes people to actually play instead of just logging in daily. The cross flag/RO cube event a while ago was a good start, but as soon as it ended, people are losing motivations already --- I know I am. There just isn't anything worth doing once you get your bots maxed out. The lotto boxes from arena right now is somewhat rewarding, but it just doesn't feel like it's worth my time to get one for play arena for five or six hours. Playing arena with maxed out bots only give you rank experience (which does very little except shows how autistic you are) and UC, and UC really goes no where except the UC garapon. The UC garapon sounds good on paper, but the give out rate of the RO cube/RT is just ridiculously low - I've burned 300-400k UC and still haven't gotten a single RO cube.

I've put $50 bucks into this game so far - 20 bucks on parts that look good for my Azurite, and 30 bucks on the itrollol shop Reniroppu. Stats wise, they're barely over 20 in WLK and TEC. If anything, the bots isn't the reason why you're losing, it's your skill that's at fault and need honing.

you can kill eves 1v1. just get an air and stay high above them on top, on top as in on top so you can only shoot at them when flying forward thanks to extra screen tilting from flying forward. you need high fly to keep up and stay above them however. you also need something you can land on and boost again since you need to be more than max height from ground level above them.

In OB, my playing time decreased significantly once I had a full leveled commando. Arena didn't feel rewarding enough.

Tempura, ask the jpdevs to add something like an exp basket. Playing arena with a full leveled commando feels like a waste, since that exp goes nowhere. It'd be nice if you could still save that exp for future use on other bots.
