I like Parsee. I think it's the scarf. The scarf and the yellow/purple contrast. A very solidly-designed character, I'd say, and even competently illustrated.

Long story made short, hashihime are (according to one of at least three conflicting stories) youkai born when someone commits suicide at a bridge in order to become a vengeful demon.
So not quite a ghost, since she's neither undead nor the reembodiment of someone deceased, but still created from someone's death.
