i heard someone here claiming it's minecraft related and comes from /v/ or something. except that i have no clue.
i left /jp/ for a while, and when i came back everyone was already calling people autistic or replying with "AUTISM" to like half of the threads here. wtf.

I guess the jump after that comes from the spammers here, spamming it along with their trends back then (Can't really remember what it was then. Before Saten and >/jp/? Maybe it was >mfw or just anime screenshots).
For some reason it's picked up by the worst parts of our userbase and now you can't take anything seriously because that makes you autistic or something.

Never trust such things. They're quick to put a label on you without doing a proper analysis. It's easier, plus the whole big pharma conflict of interest.

Get a good therapist. Start a process to explore the source of your symptoms and how to treat them. Meds are not a solution on itself.

That's from my personal experience. Don't trust psychiatrists anymore, they just wanted to pump me full of medication that only brought worse side effects.

sure was quick. it took a month of doing some retarded tests for me to get one. not counting the time they spent talkin with my mother about my symptoms and since when i have them.
