OK.

I keep hearing about Touhou.
In fact, there rarely is a moment when there isn't at least a single thread about it on 1st page of /jp/ or /a/.
So, my question is: What the hell is it?
Is it worth checking out and if so, where can I get it?

Or is it just some overhyped shit like Naruto?
