Because if you beat up female monster girls hard enough their armor/clothes break and you can see their tits. Which would answer your question if this was /b/v/, but this is /jp/ so I don't know.

Oh, and none of those monsters show up until around level 15. Note the game forces grouping on to you around level 10, similar to early FFXI.
