Didn't think so.
Storm's manipulation of elements gives her and advantage over most mages, especially patchouli.
Magneto's magnetism, though lacking in uses, includes affecting gravity, disrupting the Touhou's main strength: evasivenes.
And, as ZUN has stated, technology will always beat magic. Say hello to Sentinel.
