Only marginally related /jp/ stuff I own is a small shelf with manga and a couple anime DVDs.
The room's filled with trash, dirty clothes, and about a dozen bottles of piss from when the toilet broke down around christmas.

>> No.6855782

Empty cans of alcohol everywhere, a crate with some full cans left, clothes and trash littering the floor, sheets that smell like old sweat and a bag full of snacks.
The only semi /jp/ related thing I have is a few old volumes of manga.

Empty except for a lot of boxes. My room is nominally the storage room since I don't use it much and have no personal belongings other than my computer, a few sets of clothing and whichever book I borrowed from the library at the time. Even though I'm fairly well-off, I was raised as a miser beyond reprieve.

But my bed is unnecessarily huge and my blanket really keeps me warm, so that's a big plus, if I ever turn into a little girl this will be useful for when my onee-sama tenderly violates me. And since my room is huge, it's cold year round, so after having gentle consensual sex while confirming out love for each other, we can go to sleep while tightly hugging each other and enjoying our shared body warmth.

In all truthfulness, I have no idea.

This is the first "real" case I've ever bought since my first two cases were the generic beige boxes with the most powerful units being an AMD Athlon 1800+ and some 128MB ATI card.
The first one was something with a K6 CPU and a Voodoo 3 or whatever that thing was called.

I had a laptop as my only computer for 3 years, but I got this in order to be able to do what I wanted.
Games, 1080p movies, etc.

It still does those things after almost 3 years of service. It's had one week of involuntary downtime due to an HDD dying on me, but I still use the laptop when I go to my grandmother's summerhouse or visit my parents.

So; again:
I don't know whether your temperatures would improve or do the opposite if you switch the case, but if you prefer how it looks, just go for it.
It's your money, and you're the one who'll have to look at it.

The only thing that bugs me is the power button - why the hell is it behind the door?
Not that it bugs me all that much. I open that door once each day - when I get out of bed.

I used to own the D1, yes. It's certainly an outstanding piece of DAC/AMP combo in the budget range and beats the Zero DAC on all levels. I modded the unit after two months of hearing the stock sound to fit Audio-Gd Sun-HDAMs in the DAC and AMP section of the board.

Also, all caps were later replaced by higher quality ones. The entire DAC transformed into a beast that could easily go on the same levels of a Benchmark DAC.

Maverick-Audio is currently designing a new DAC without any amp function. I'd rather wait for the D2 to come out before buying a D1.

If you're really really tight on budget, get the Zero DAC. Picture related.

>>6856326
LD MK I+. Great little amp for the K701 and slightly underrated on Head-Fi.org. Throw in some Mullard tubes or Sylvania 408 Gold Brand and they'll shine like nothing you've heard before. Apparently also a good combo for Grado cans.

You can also roll OPAMPs due to the hybrid design.

I have these 2 guys one is geeky on the Power Rangers, Wrestling, Comics side. The other is totally normal fags.

But they don't give a shit. We talk and have fun. They usually gather at my place since I have a HDTV and we can watch shit on it. I don't force them to watch anime, they don't force me to watch Wrestling or normalfag stuff.

For me it'd be more about the general atmosphere, I think.

I don't think I'd ever be comfortable about living with a guy who isn't my best friend or my cousin.
Neither of those two share my Japan-related interests, and my friend lived with me for a month because he had nowhere else to live at the time.

As long as there could be some sort of agreement about not bringing people over without approval by the other person and such.

I think I posted mine before, but seeing so many nice rooms makes me wanna post mine.

I just got the xbox yesterday, and it's hooked up to my monitor on another channel, which is pretty nice.
