Rumia is often portrayed as wanting to eat people. Do you know why? Because she's so damn hungry.
She's not a endless pit of ravening like some other creatures of myth, mind you. She's got a fairly normal apatite. The thing of it is, she barely ever eats. Rumia is so bad at finding any food at all, much less hunting humans, that she's even more malnourished than Reimu.
