If you have any experience with this sort of stuff you should know how to do this already. If not you need to mount the .iso on a CD image reading tool like Daemon Tools which you can download a lite free version of. This should initiate an install process, and then you install the game onto your computer. For the patch you simply direct it to the folder the game is in.
