There's the update. Yuyuko's weather is snow. Makes the characters/field ghost-like. Not very much description. Seems like it makes characters floaty, like Yuyuko was in IaMP (and probably in SWR).

3rd isn't really that special and everyone else uses other characters such as Remi or Sakuya for obvious reasons. Yuyuko is slow and requires good timing to use. Not saying the character is completely useless but for high end play you're better off using another character.

Weather is random. There's a timer in the top-middle of the screen that will count up in sunny weather (no effect). Once it reaches a certain point, it'll randomly switch into a different weather and start counting down. After the timer is down, it'll go back to no effect.
However, there is the new weather changing card. During the normal weather, at some point in time, the next weather forecast will be shown. If you use a weather card during that particular forecast, it'll change to that weather.

Yeah, all the regulars are pretty much laughing at you now.

The only characters that has genuinely stood above the rest in tourney play is Marisa. The rest all have a fair shot, except for Meiling and Patchouli. Arguing otherwise is just plain ignorant.

China and Patch are disadvantaged compared to the rest of the cast. Everyone else has a shot in tourney level. That's 9 characters. Compare this to most fighters where less than one third of the cast is really viable for high end play.
