Something similar happened to me yesterday, OP-kun.

have never lost consciousness, but have lost balance (sitting and standing), and occasionally get bright spots in my field of vision.

Oh OP that's the story of life, happened to me just yesterday. I'm the kind of person that sleeps a lot, but when I have something to do I can't sleep until I black out. I've played G-Senjou until ~5 AM and then without noticing it I just blacked out. Good thing I was playing in my bed, but when I woke up my notebook was hot as fuck and my entire body hurt. I guess I'm pushing myself a little bit.
