Mine isn't so bad, really. Eh some slight red pigmentation around the nose and chin.

Oh, and a couple of those white pimple things here and there. Not really bad at all, but I'd like for it to be gone. Since it's winter, I wont' be catching any sun or any of that. I'm thinking of just buying some $500 dollar heavy duty prescription shit to nip it in the bud. My mom works at a hospital and she'll occasionally bring some light prescription cream but it's pretty meh, you know.

I read in one of those "life hacks" pics that sleeping on a clean towel placed over your pillow helps.

Makes sense.

What is wrong with you? Just get a $10 lotion with that acne cleansing acid in it, it will work just fine.

>> No.6667384

Why would I waste money on shit to cure it? Go take this shit to /r9k/.

Do you guys like that feeling when you pop a pimple? I love that feeling.

Never had much, I always make sure to take care of my skin for self esteem reasons even though I hardly ever go out.

That sort of plays into the whole "keeping your bed clean" thing. No, I don't mean "making your bed," or some such rot, I mean putting the blankets, sheets, and pillow cases through the wash at least once a week, preferably twice a week. The arrangement of your blankets hardly matters as much as how recently they were put through a washing machine

As for me, OP, I used cotton pads dabbed in vodka and washed my face with it daily. I also used calamine lotion to help make sure I wouldn't want to scratch at my face

All in all, the most important thing is to NOT pick at them or squeeze the pus out of them. That only HARMS you and increases the chance of acne scars which will stay for you for life

What.

I remember maybe once every 2 months.

>> No.6667432

I just naturally don't have any. I used to when I went through puberty, but I didn't care about it because I wasn't trying to impress anyone. I don't even brush my bedhead in the morning, you think I have time to put tons of creams and facial cleansers on?

Well, I do hope you're not proud of your bad hygiene, Anon. Consider how much sweat, saliva, dead skin cells, and other assorted body waste collects on your bed every night. Not only is that shit nasty in its own right (it contributes to clogged pours, it can get in your lungs, etc etc), but it also attracts microscopic bugs of various sorts, which can be especially nasty if you have allergies

If you only wash your bedding once every two months Anon, I implore you to do so more often! It'll make a big difference to your health, appearance, and overall hygiene if you wash it weekly

I'm 25 and have acne ;_;

I mixed my blood, sweat, semen and urine together and let it dry in a jar outside for a week and then covered my face with the paste every night for two week

This shit doesn't work.

I wash my face twice a day, don't eat greasy shit, change my covers once a week and I still have severe fucking acne at the age of 24.

Why does this happen.

I just drink my own semen. It tastes great!

I posted this everyday until /jp/ liked it for 2 weeks, and suddenly my acne disappeared like that.

I had acne when i was a teenager, it just dissapeared one day, it was not a severe problem to he honest.

I had one friend in school who had his entire face covered by acne, all his face, there was no more than 10mm between all those pimples.

Couldn't tell you Anon, everyone's body is different. For most people, washing your face and keeping your sheets clean is enough. Some people require a little more help

Things to consider:

A: What are you washing your face *with*? I used vodka because it's an excellent disinfectant. Are you just washing with water? Is that water purified? If it's tap and you have particularly mineral-heavy water, like you might get if you lived in the mountains and got water from a well system, and your skin is particularly sensitive, it might actually do more harm than good

B: You say you're not eating "greasy food." That's certainly a step in the right direction, but don't forget that not all food has to be dripping with oil to have a negative effect on your health or skin. Results speak for themselves, and if you're still having issues with your skin, try changing your eating habits. Usually a safe recommendation is to go for all natural foods, fruits, and vegetables because they almost never have an adverse effect on one's health, but for all I know you're a special case. Experiment with your diet and take note of results. You'll know your own body better than anyone else will if you take the time to learn about it

C: Do you perhaps have any allergies to certain fabrics or materials? It's a bit of a stretch, but it isn't unthinkable if you're continuing to have this much trouble with your skin

The bottom line is that results are the only thing you should be concerned with. The science of health is one formed under a generalized view of the human body, but our bodies are all different in subtle but noticeable ways. What works for me may not work for you, so it's important to take initiative in figuring your own body out

Sorry if I couldn't help much Anon, but I hope I can at least help you help yourself

>Unfortunately I'm beyond any help.

Well, just remember that *you're* the one who thinks that, not me, and certainly not anyone else. Not to sound like a self-help book, but your mindset does a lot more to harm or help you than you might think, so be careful about getting too down on yourself

Just remember to take it easy Anon, for your own sake
