I'm not a /jp/ kinda guy, but I saw a pic of some Japanese skinheads (proper old-school OI-types, but Japanese) which prompted the question.

I don't see anything particular with the way these women dress. Maybe you're too used to seeing fat women wearing track pants in your everyday life, OP.
