I like the idea of Yuuka and Alice interacting with each other, seeing as they would probably clash in an interesting way. I don't think they would hate each other, either.

There's this Alice and Yuuka centered doujinshi, in where Yuuka tries in a few different ways to make Alice fight her all out, because she's always looking for an interesting fight, and to her Alice holding back was spoiled potential. I really liked it, until they started sexing.

I don't think it makes sense as a romantic pairing, because I think both of them seem too cold and self-centered. They both need someone to warm them up, so I don't think it would work out. They do have interesting character dynamics though.
