As of right now, it's possible to upload both MP3 and OGG files, but keep in mind OGG files do not properly display their tags on the site. This means that it'd be best to remove any Japanese from an OGG file before uploading it, if possible.

As always, feedback is always appreciated. Post any error messages you get, post opinions, suggestions, whatever.

Main server holds 7 users. There are a number of relay servers up that automatically redirect you when the main server is full, so don't worry. If you are not automatically redirected, you can manually connect to them. There's a page on the main site to check what relays are currently up.

Delay seems to increase over time. I think it happens every time a new song plays. Especially if you're listening to a relay (most of the listeners) delay can increase even more as the relay has to wait for the main stream to send data. Then he relay has to deliver the stream to you.

Reworking the search function is on Pyonta's to do list. Right now it's kinda bad with how it handles searches. Use 1 search term for better results, even though it should be the opposite.

Pyonta was working on better icon organization today. He would have been done but ran into a problem, so decided he'd just head off to sleep for the night and work on it tomorrow.

Not sure how many of you guys noticed the Saya icon that was on the list earlier, but that was Pyonta testing something out. That's also one of the new icons being added whenever he finishes.

It's not listed on the relay page because Pyonta hasn't made a script to read the listeners on this relay, but we should probably put it up anyway even if we can't read how many listeners are on it.

Also temporarily raising the limit between song requests for a bit. Ganna work out with Pyonta what the new limit should be. We lowered it before for a few reasons.
1. We just moved servers and had our song list wiped, so our song library wasn't so large and people weren't requesting much

2. We kinda hoped you guys wouldn't abuse the limit by requesting daily dose songs 3+ times a day.

New temporary limit is 840 minutes. To clarify, this doesn't mean 840 minutes before you can request another song, this limit applies to the time frame between requesting an individual song again. So if you request a song, you need to wait 840 minutes before requesting that same song.

That clear to everyone? That's like 14 hours for anyone who doesn't feel like doing the math.


As always, feedback is very much appreciated.

I personally don't have any problem with the songs that people are over requesting, but it's obvious they're over requesting it for the purpose of annoying others rather than actual listening purposes. We're not the No Fun Allowed police, don't particularly like cracking down on stuff, but we've been getting quite a number of complaints from other listeners.


When Pyonta wakes up I'll work out a new time limit with him that we feel is appropriate.
