It just uses random posts and their images, which is why all the stuff it's spamming is from threads and posts that are still on the board (not dead or deleted). So it's nothing to worry about unless you actually did it.

Add "Anonymous" to your filter, and post with a temporary open tripcode for the duration of the spam (something like Anon#tripcode ought to do).
