When I think about it there aren't that many lolis in Touhou at all. EoSD might be strong in that regard (Rumia, Flandre, maybe Cirno) but the rest of the games barely has any.

Rumia, Daiyousei (arguably), Cirno, Remilia, Flandre, Chen, Lyrica, Lily White, Youmu (arguably, as evidenced by this thread), Wriggle, Mystia (arguably), Tewi, Medicine, Shizuha (arguably), Suwako, Kisume, Koishi (arguably), Nazrin.

I'd say that's a decent amount, even if you removed borderlines like Youmu and Mystia. Still, I imagine /jp/ users generally use the term "loli" to refer to small chests as well instead of *just* washboards.

I, for one, generally use the term loli to refer to small body frames. Chest size is largely irrelevant (althought of course it's best for a loli to not have excessive breast tumors). I believe this usage is pretty widespread.

She's probably at least 60. Although, in Youkai years that translates to like 5-8+ years old, assuming your typical youkai is several hundred years old. However different sub-types apparently live much longer or shorter than others.

Also in canon she doesn't really look as young as she does in fanon. Like not even close... in EoSD it looks like she's got maybe A or B cups (ruffly dress but still, you can see the general contour). Youmu and Rumia both look younger than her canonically, for example.

Although it must be said, that looking like a kid doesn't really equate to the mindset. Suika and Suwako are both some of the most powerful and oldest characters out there for example. Suwako just doesn't give a shit anymore after losing her status at the shrine, and Suika is usually too drunk to be coherent, but it's implied that mentally they are quite mature.
