The oldest would probably be Tewi, Suwako, and Kanako. Yukari is about half their age to compare.

Lunarians are iffy since we're not sure how long they live.

Suwako and Kanako are both at least 2300+. I'm not sure where someone got that Tewi is confirmed 2600+, as far as I know she's only around 1300+.

Really, of the youkai we know ages of, Yukari is one of the youngest.

How long ago was the Youkai VS Moon war? I honestly don't remember, or know. That might be a clue to Yukari's age, if anything.

We only know the ages of Remilia and Flandre. The rest are infered from their history.

Yukari is assumed to be around 1200+, which makes her a lot younger then Suwako and Kanako and a bit younger then Tewi.

For the interested Remilia is now 507 and Flandre is 502.

Tewi knew Okuninushi from back when he was a bachelor (from the flayed hare tale). Ninigi descended from Takamagahara quite a bit after that. And Jimmu, grandson of Ninigi, was reportedly born on 711BC (Odd, I remember 600ish BC. ), making Tewi at least a fair bit older than 2711.

I have no idea why the Japanese made "lived for over 500 years" into "500 years old" for Remilia.
Also Patchouli is "over 100", Ran is "over 800" (tails).

Because Remilia's birth year is 1503 and Flandre's is 1508. This is confirmed in canon. They're the only Touhou characters with confirmed birth years.

It's probably Eirin or Yukari but neither are about to give up their ages any time soon.

Eirin is a couple of millennia and Yukari is at least 1 and probably many more. A thousand years ago she was leading moon invasions and helping Yuyuko. Possibly also doing something with Ran but who knows?
