There's a lot of those shows going on during the afternoon, and usually sweaty nerds call them and try to piss them off and yelling, "fuck you!" at the host. The pad joke works way better in Finnish than in English, because the sentence structure in Finnish can actually mean "Do you have pads?" - "No, I don't have pads!" or "Is it pads?" - "No, it's not pads!"

I think the second one is either from Koihime Musou or Shin Koihime Musou. I don't have Koihime Musou but the last track of Shin Kouhime Musou has a similar intro - it's not an exact match though as it diverges in the middle.

Yes, I wrote that review. The point is making anime magazine reading crowd aware of existence of English translated visual novels, and getting them to buy them. Kira Kira is great for this since it's not too heavy on ero.
