Touhou 13: Quantum Anomaly Observation

Playable Characters: LHC, Kamioka Observatory, RHIC. Kamioka-tan is strict and no-nonsense, RHIC-tan is down-to-earth and hardworking constantly worried over how LHC will eventually outdo her. LHC is an airhead with absurd power (hey, sounds like Utsuho alright. )

Stage 1: Electron-tan
Stage 2: Photon-tan
Stage 3: Tachyon-tan. Since she's going backwards in time, all her speech will be quite weird.
Stage 4: Up Quark-tan and Down Quark-tan sisters. Up quark is dominant and aggressive, down quark is timid and submissive. Plenty of foil for incest.
Stage 5: Gluon-tan
Stage 6: Strangelet-tan, who was causing the incident
Extra Midboss: Electron-tan's older sister, Muon-tan.
Extra Boss: Higgs Boson-tan, who was hiding from you all along due to her shyness.

Photon already covers electromagnetic. Though I'm now imagining a VN with popular class president-type photon (since most research is on photons), twin W and Z boson (W is tsundere since W has both a +1 and -1 charge, Z is neutral so she's kuudere), creepy stalker graviton (theorically pretty much everywhere, but undiscovered) and crazy bipolar yandere gluon (it seems gluons simultaneously have two color charges) girls as heroines.

Strong Interaction route is the best.
