Language is complicated.
Japanese kanji can often be interpreted in multiple and completely different ways with multiple pronunciations that seem/are (I don't know enough to say which...) completely unrelated to the the way the kanji is written.
There's also implications made by the way things are worded in one languages that can't be made in others.
There's also grammatical rules, etc..
The idea of finding a "good" translation program that translates sentences is a ridiculous impossibility.
