I have a great eroge idea. Its about this young scientist who always has this strong attraction towards a certain few women who are being studied at the lab which focuses on the human mind. One of them in particular seems so familair to him. Unable to control his lust he rapes her repeatedly over the course of several months, impregnating her. His boss has him do one last experiment to complete the project. You're a worthless neet who spends your days vigorously fapping to pictures of your favorite Touhous. One day, you actually start a thread trying to keep track of how many times you've masturbated to your particular harem of favorites. It is not well received and the mods summarily delete it. Distraught, you spend the next few days in your room pissing and shitting on the floor, sleeping in your filth. As the stench becomes unbearable, you are forced to leave your house, but as you're driving to the local convenience store, fate intervenes. The 3D waifu also knows that she can never replace 2D in his heart, and her route is about that conflict. Bad end for her is suicide and protag living the rest of his life fapping to the same old Touhous and feeling empty. Good end is they have dakimakura threesomes.

There's also other characters, like the weak and sickly loli the protag meets one day when he goes out to buy Hot Pockets, the healthy titmonster doctor the protag goes to in an attempt to solve his NEETness and mental issues, and the slightly younger trap the protag meets when he decides to try getting a job one day.

You would be surprised at how cheap a warehouse would cost in Texas. $100k would house at least 20 people, and at only $5k a person, you could very viably do this. Eroge would fund your a/c food and internet. You would live the life of kings!!

Well first of all there isn't much of a market for that kind of thing in the west. And unless we have writers that know Japanese or good translators we won't be able to market it in Japan. Having said that, I'm a decent writer and I'd love to contribute to a script or something. I'm not a native english speaker though, but I'd like to think I've mastered the english language to such a degree that I'd be able to write stories in it.

I was trying to make a C VN engine using SDL but got bored. I can use krkr2, though.

My idea:

You're the second-in-command to the head archaeologist excavating steampunk ruins far into the future on a distant planet several thousand years after nearly all life on said planet was exterminated and the last few humans rebuilt from scratch. You discover a still-functional section in the ruins you are excavating, and the head archaeologist leaves the camp with the apparent purpose of reporting the findings. You are suspicious of this, as the man is the subject of many rumors--but which are true, if any, eludes you. In fact, your original intent in joining the excavation team was to investigate these rumors.

Shit happens. It turns out that the head archaeologist was actually the head royal scientist of the empire whose ruins you are investigating. He invented a method to attain immortality, and is one of the handful of survivors of the catastrophe. He is also one of only three people who have attained immortality, with the empress and one of the test subjects being the others. It turns out that the catastrophe was actually the result of a conflict between him and the empress. Both survived, naturally, but the conflict left the world in ruins and both of them in a deep sleep. He woke up only in the last few decades, and she wakes up in the course of the story.

The third immortal--the test subject--was never quite right in the head to begin with, and the variety of experiments weren't very helpful on that front. She has had some hand in the process of rebuilding since the beginning, but is mostly incapable of functioning as any sort of ruler. However, due to her long history and immortality, the nobility of the modern world regards her as a goddess.

Everyone will probably say my story sounds stupid and boring but here I go :

It's a about a ugly guy, and I mean UGLY. He has a job but tries to avoid people as much as he can. He work as a translator from his home and lives alone. He loves to take strolls at night even though a serial killer is roaming these days (but the MC isn't aware of this yet since he doesn't watch TV or read newspapers, he doesn't care about what happens outside of his bubble). One night, while walking on the streets, he sees a light coming from a window of the building in which the office he works with is located (he comes here about once a month, but no one is supposed to be here at night). He decide to check it out and meet a woman here. She is a new worker who was fishing through files. She then inform the MC of the serial killings and ask him to walk her home. The MC accepts very reluctantly since he hates women. After the woman is safe at home, he begins to go back to hiw own when he hears some noises coming from a dark, small impasse. In here he sees a man looking with a bloody knife looking over a heavily mutilated corpse. The killer notices the MC and after talking for a bit attacks him. The fight ends in a drawn (the MC always carry an expandable baton around and knows how to fight quite well) and the killer flees.

This is a basic summary of the prologue. I've only written that for now. Later, the killer will harass the MC and all kind of different stuff will happen depending on your choices. Overall I want to make it a very dark and depressing story. The kind of VN that makes you want to kill yourself after reading it.

I actually kinda want to go for a thriller mystery suspense kinda thing, but I'm good with anything, really.

Here's one of my shitty ideas. Turned out much longer than I expected.

So the protag is a uni student that has to do a documentary project with his two other project members and they decide to do it on this series of gruesome murders that happened on a remote island. The victims were a family of five that had been vacationing. Four of the corpses were found in the attic, but the last one was found in the kitchen, and that corpse belonged to the father of the family, a policeman.

While the protag and his group are trying to find a way in they discover a note attached to the only unlocked door that has a phone number written on it. They search the house and get some filming done, and then protag calls the number on a whim.

He meets the main heroine of the story like this, and they meet up in her hometown wherever to discuss the murders and murder theories (since the culprit has yet to be found). Turns out she herself had already picked a lock and searched the place, and she had left her number to see if anyone else was curious enough to actually go through the house and then call said number. It also turns out that she had taken some files from the father's desk.

Those files were the last police report he made before he died, and they describe an investigation of a secluded area in which a missing man had been believed to have been residing. However, while the heroine had went to the spot, she hadn't found anything of interest.

At first they come up with nothing, but then protag finds a hidden entrance to an underground cave of sorts (kind of like the place where Ougai lived, from Saya no Uta if you've read that; however, it's much more civilized. There's furniture and a fridge and carpets and crap, and forget all the occult stuff). He has no idea why it's there or what it's purpose is, and he also finds that there is nothing in the drawer or the cabinet or fridge; everything's been ransacked.

So he and heroine leave the place and a few weeks later they commit inexplicable suicides, and a few weeks after that the rest of the world follows.

Then we can stick a flashback of the missing guy who the father was investigating. The guy was actually a scientist that was interested in experimenting with parasites and creating parasites, and this study was actually what lost him most of his friends.Scientist describes how he has discovered a way to create very insignificant life forms (or something, I think I/we might be able to just bullshit our path through this), specifically parasites.

Next to last part will be the scientist's suicide note, where he describes how he developed a parasite that wormed its way into the brain and interrupted certain parts, and gave the victim an insatiable urge for suicide. (Basically he wanted to get back at the rest of the world for all the shit it put him through) It spreads through the air. He also kept it eternally alive in his room somehow, possibly through the fridge? However, he foolishly caught his own parasite and passed away (by suicide) before he could actually do anything about releasing it to the world.
