Nero is considered one of the most powerful of the Ancestors of the Dead Apostles, Arcueid is the Crimson Moon in the making, and Roa was an incredibly powerful Dead Apostle in his first life thanks to Arcueid being the one who sucked his blood.

Her vulnerability and clues given later, suggest SHIKI caused her to be like this , no ROA pollution of soul stuff.

I'm not saying it's impossible she became a vampire, but since the far-side routes do not focus on them, I think the SHIKI theory fits better.

Plus, all evidence we have on the matter is circumstancial.

Just because you don't see them doesn't mean that Arc and Ciel aren't taking them out. SHIKI doesn't seem aware of his own actions, so he probably doesn't end up consciously creating many Dead at all, since it's required that you put your own blood into the bodies to do that. Sacchin was probably a horrible mistake.

As far as his Fusion ability, it seems to allow him to modify his own body, not the bodies of others. He steals Shiki's life force and makes it his own, but ends up sharing when Shiki lives. Shiki doesn't get any benefit whatsoever out of it, though, unless you count sharing dreams a benefit.

Also, Sacchin crumbles up into dust and blows away. That's what vampires do, not demon-hybrids.

For Makihisa to conclude at that, SHIKI must have polluted others and they should have exhibited the same abilities as him, which are not those of a vampire (while very similar).

Yes, there is a ton of proof that Sacchin became a vampire due to Roa, but nothing that disproves she became like SHIKI instead.
