Working on:
- Still MTLing and expanding Alice. I'll probably skip over the Master Servicing, BDSM, Hardcore, and Tentacle stuff since it'd all be OC and I'm not particularly interested in writing it, unless you guys really want Alice to react to getting kicked in the balls.
- KR is working on a collection of scenes for Incompetent/Lust mode featuring different characters raping the player which will be done "soon," some new services for Tewi that he'll focus on after that, and something much bigger that will come eventually. He's also helping with the magic shop stuff.
- The guy working on Waggy's English OC has almost hit 8k lines. It's almost done, just needs lines for Danmaku and sexo, plus a couple other minor things.
- Coolkid (the guy who translated Cirno) is working on translating Luna.
- I'll be posting updates here every Monday for people who don't want to join the Discord botnet.

Finalizing:
- Mizuchi is all done except for getting her sprites working in game.
- Koishi's translation is almost finished.
- Sleggy is finishing up Star's translation.

Upcoming:
- At some point we'd like to add Rinnosuke, once we fix all the lines that assume your partner's a girl. Current plan for malehus, based on feedback, is a question when an update adds malehus or you start a new game: "Are you interested in romancing male characters?" And if you say no, you get the option to disable them, make them all girls (as in "in this Gensokyo, Rinnosuke was always a girl" as opposed to capital G Genderbending), or just disable all sexual content involving them (they won't push you down or ask you out, you won't see them fap, their sexual frustration and erection bars will be hidden, etc. but you can still talk to them, serve them tea, and befriend them). And then we could build on that last part for a Just Friends option.

My workflow is "run the line through Google Translate, DeepL, and Sugoi, go through it word by word with a dictionary, compare them to figure out what the most likely/best sounding translation is, and make some small changes for flow". My translation tends to be on the literal side because I don't want to take too many liberties with the text, but once it's done, I'll see if I can get one of the regular eraMegaten translators to review it and fix anything I messed up. So it should end up the same as if they translated Alice from scratch once it's all done, just with some added OC.

Pretty much a divergent path to what eraMegaten is. eraMegaten focused on the RPG aspect with (You) being a pawn of the Phantom Society, whereas eraH focused more on 'managing a hotel in the post-ICBM Megaten world'.
