Sadly no; I do have a pixiv where I upload my finished artworks, but of course it's censored. I started uploading things to catbox though, so you can download higher resolution (and uncensored) versions if you check the pixiv descriptions.
I've only done that for very recent pictures though, I'll have to consider updating my older pixiv-posts as well I guess. As for platforms (next to pixiv), maybe Baraag, but I'm not sure. I might make a new twitter and just post crops there, linking to catbox for full resolutions (and maybe cross-linking to pixiv/baraag). Might think it over over the coming weekend.
