Umineko is full of clues about different personalities, Ep1 talks about Maria creating a different witch personality, EP2 Jessica talks to Kanon about creating a separate personality.
EP3 is all about Eva's supposed other personality, Eva-Beatrice doesn't denies Battler's theory about personalities taking over, EP4 talks about personalities dying in Maria's diary.

Ok i'll slow down a tad, this all revolves the content of Kyrie pocket, why would Kyrie have a cigerette butt, something Dine rules invalidate (not introduced formally of course but mentioned it's just to shady).
Then we have Kasami smoking which i call a link between the characters.
I honestly at this moment cannot answer you questions but i'll try gather some real evidence, i just want a reason for why we saw the content of Kyrie pocket in the first place (why did Beatrice go out of her way to show Battler?)

In ep 3 It makes more sense if Rudolf killed Rosa and Maria because he claimed Nanjo could have done it if he jumped out the window. Also I think it's heavily hinted at that Rosa was pushed or something and died in an accident. I mean her medulla oblangatta was pierced by the fence. That's not something that would happen if she was murdered, but if somebody accidentally killed her than it would explain why that happened.

Red truth states: Eva could not have killed Nanjo because after she left the room Battler watched her the whole time. Jessica could not have killed Nanjo because she was blind. Battler is not the culprit. No other characters are alive.

Therefore, Nanjo was killed before Jessica was blinded or Eva left. Seems illogical, but it must be true because it was said in red.

Conclusion: Nanjo was shot when Eva fired while fighting with Jessica, and later died from that wound.

I prefer Kyrie killing Nanjo, her wound is easier to fake, even EvaB says it in the TIPs that the stomach isn't a very lethal spot

Rudolf and Kyrie killed George because they were suspicious of him, and then Hideyoshi tried to kill Kyrie and Rudolf as a revenge murder. Kyrie wasn't really dead she faked her death and killed Nanjo and then she entered the room with Eva and was shot. Battler goes "so your the culprit!" After seeing Eva kill his Mom. Eva gives us the red herring of her being the culprit and shoots Battler in the heart. THE END
