I'm not sure why you don't understand that but every translation irreversibly destroys style of the original author. It messes up atmosphere of the work. It adds a lot of biases and interpretations of the translator. Outright mistakes and mistranslations aren't rare too.
There is no such thing as "halfway decent" translation. If you could understand original language directly then you'll always get better experience than any translation.

Bin files can suck. Sometimes you can mount them with daemon tools and other times you can convert the bin file into an audio file with AIMP but I've had bin files I couldn't do anything with even when they came with a cue file.
I don't know about your file but try mounting it and if it shows as a audio disc open it in a converter program.

I loved it but as with the others YMMV. Yoakena doesn't have a crazy plot and the comedy is less over the top than Daito's but it's still there. It's a very beautiful and relaxing game, good MC and heroines. You can try it. Doesn't take long to feel out if it's for you.

Not possible. In Yoakena you first have to read Feena's route before you can pursue anyone else. Wreathlit's route is locked behind all of them. After her route you unlock the second part of Feena's route. Just FYI Wreathlit's route is very short and you'll most likely dislike the ending.

Story-wise you don't need knowledge from the other routes for Wreathlit's. If you really want to read it you could download a 100% save, start reading at the beginning and go through common route and Wreathlit's route. That would work. Then you can read her FD route which I believe is unlocked from the start. Only Feena's FD route is locked.

Yoakena's true route is very good and not disappointing.

I got into the game a few months ago I love it but that's because I was already into the franchise. I wouldn't normally try to shill it here as I can expect what the reactions would be.

I haven't read all the VN stories yet but they're effectly kinetic novels. It's cute and fun. Sprites are 3D models, which are pretty appealing in my opinion, and backgrounds and CGs are hand-drawn like any traditional VNs.
Uma girls are super cutehot. The music/lives are pretty great too. The gameplay modes have compelling stories too but you cannot entirely dissociate them from the gameplay it's built around.

I personally would be pretty thrilled with a full fledged VN with serious drama and romance but that's never gonna happen. At most it'll be side stories if they ever release one because I don't really see them just re-transposing everything they've already worked on, though who knows.

If you want to play on PC use the DMM launcher which is the official PC port. If you need a VPN use Proton, you just need to have it activated to start DMM and the game since this is when they IP check, but then once the game itself is launched you can deactive the VPN and play fine.

1. What VN are you reading that has tons of prose? All the ones I've read are 99% dialogue/monologue.
2. If the English prose is different from the Japanese prose, that means the translation is BAD. It doesn't matter if it's "better". If you don't care what the original text was like you might as well read fanfiction.

I'm pretty sure everyone in this thread can read Japanese without help. It just makes sense to use tools to prop yourself up when you're new and your unaided reading speed is one page per hour.
