So? You realize this is entirely irrelevant? Arc can output enough energy to recreate the Earth. If she is lacking energy at any point vs anyone, then she'll simply channel more energy. Given her Principle she can literally keep compressing energy and make it denser and denser.
Based on what we know about Nero's powers she should be more than capable to reduce his flesh to subatomic particles.
Of course, it's entirely possible Nasu updates Nero's powers as well. But based on the stuff we know of Nero and the current Remake Arc's abilities she should have no problem killing him.

He doesn't revive like a normal vampire either, meaning him playing nice and not separating or anything since his lives regenerate. Nero will always be a conceptual fight like Arc herself because of the nature of chaos. We don't know what they'll buff him with(they probably will or just more clearly show why he's always been op) so the discussion is not really worth having but Nasu has always considered Nero as something Arc couldn't kill even if she was serious and wouldn't want to meet. It said that nothing on the planet since its creation was strong enough since chaos is a world unto itself. That's why he's the assassin sent to her and remake will have him capture her(This is probably what Roa and Nero talk about). Now that he's listed like perfection and infinity we can expect him to be even more impossible to kill. He'll probably just simply have no concept of death to start with and need Shiki to do what he did to Roa I'd wager as that would be an obvious clap moment referencing the character that references him. Now I don't really know if Arc fought Nero in remake but I doubt there was a large scale encounter off-screen with her dishing out world destroying power before Day 3 so he's probably alive. Part of the thing about Nero is Arc is completely unaware of how he functions and thinks he takes in familiars like other vampires so any insight she gives about him is faulty. That she thinks of him in that capacity still in remake calls into question the idea they had any sort of definitive encounter and he's probably been mischaracterized as dead.
