It's a different style than america has.
In fact, most american comedy doesn't really do all that well outside of america, so I wouldn't be surprised if it just does it [Badly].
That being said, it's okay funny, but not sidesplittingly so. If you just don't like it, that's fine.
A lot of the jokes are of the kind that just don't translate at all well, or are based in absurdism, and that can be really confusing.

They are, to use a cliche, hit or miss. The hits they do land, I did sputter in amusement at. 7th's Futo&Tojiko skit isn't "funny" per se, but Futo's delivery makes me grin every time. Unzan being stubbornly stuck on the pon-de-ring in 5th's Myourensen skit never fails to make me smile.

On the other hand, you've got skits like 10th's Seiran and Ringo skit where it's all wordplay, so that one falls pretty flat. And so on. Some is good, some is "bad." That's life, Anon, my man.

They used to be watchable in YT with subtitles. Then the doujin group basically took everything down. They recently tried to put subtitles on their newer ones, but they made no attempt to add their old stuff in the channel. Typical Japanese shit.

What are talking about? You can watch seasons 1 to 12 for free in their channel with subtitles. It's seasons 13-17 that are paywalled which is why anon is asking for them.
