From what I've seen the medium is essentially dead among western people. Contrary to anime and manga now becoming more popular than ever.
Wonder what the reasons are. There's barely any "kamige" stuff that has come out this year, except for like henpri. So possibly, low creativity has contributed to it's decline. Then again eroge was an extremely niche medium to begin with. It's sad to see the the medium go through such a slow and painful death.
