How many 2hus are canonically boobhus?

Looking at published art besides ZUN's art obviously, there seem to be a fair few. Examples like Sanae and Hijiri's milkers from the fighting game, to the tengu pinup in the interview. Can't forget Yuugi's kimono.

I mean if we let guest artists dictate who's a boobhu then every character can be one, because ZUN doesn't tell them who has boobs and who doesn't. Which is why Clownpiece has both massive tits and also a flat chest in the same book (AFiEU), because two different artists drew her in it. I think we should go by ZUNart only to really get ZUN's vision.

It's not very consistent, Hijiri has bewbs in HM but in ULIL she looks flat(except turbo Byakuren). Outside of the games it depends on the artist...
