I thought Kisume's gimmick was that she fell on people's heads, splattering their brains all over, and then ate that.
And also that her kind of youkai were associated with trees and ridgetops, you're like trying to find where the band of brigands throwing buckets/rocks at you are but in fact it's the buckets/rocks themselves that are attacking you while pretending to be normal inanimate objects.
