I'm guessing you downloaded from the batch mediafire links which doesn't have the touhou tag so it can't be helped.

The most of the stuff off share has the touhou tag so it's easier to sort out. But yeah it can't be helped that most people took out the 東方 tag.

When I try to open the files as the .cue however so it's not just one big file, it won't play the music.

I got an error after I tried to play the tracks that the cue made.

I said fuck it and converted the .tta to .FLAC and it works fine now, but it baffles me why it wouldnt work before. I even changed the .cue in a notepad so that instead of .wav it said .tta but still no avail.
