To add to what others have said, the input-output-feedback procedure is important.
Input - study things, like words, grammar, etc.
Output - practice learned by using it. Use it in writing, speech, etc.
Feedback - get feedback on your output from a native speaker. You want them to tell you what you are doing wrong so that you could correct it and learn from it (input).
If you are not doing all three of them, you are doing it wrong.

We don't know if the LINE thing is real or not, when it happened, if Mike is even involved (maybe there was even more people in the call) and what is the context. It's all speculation that could make sense but people are complex even if it's a fan account.
Now talking about that, I've gone through this account which is only a few months old (likely secondary account) and it just sounds like a normal gachikoi account that doesn't seem to have much idea on what Mike is doing or not.
