If you say that you don't want to serve and do civil service instead you won't need to do the examination at all.
Otherwise just buy a bottle of beer, drink it there and tell them you drink like 5-10 bottles a day.
They will assume you have an alcohol addiction and you have to do neither civil nor military service.

Afterwards you will talk to someone who will ask you about some personal information, name, date of birth etc. He will also ask you if you already filled in a form to reject your military service.
Tell him that you want to do that if you want to do civil service instead.
Afterwards you have to undress except your underwear and wait for the medical examination to beginn.
The docs will ask you some questions first.
If you have some problems with your health you are out. Alcoholism works.
and even if it doesn't just tell them that you want to reject your service and want to do civil service instead and that you want to speak with the other person again.
They can't refuse that request.

Well, seems like I have to do the medical examination no matter what. Or atleast the first part.
I hoped that I could just say that I'm doing civil service and could get around the whole examination thing. I just don't like that at all. Otherwise I could go with that and if they want me to go to the army I can just refuse with the sentence:
"Hiermit verweigere ich den Kriegsdienst mit der Waffe
unter Berufung auf Artikel 4 Absatz 3 des Grundgesetzes."
Might have to write a résumé, but oh well. I would probably need to do so anyway for the civil service.
