I'm not discounting the fact that makers can miss, but to consider all makers shit is just being a contrarian faggot. It's fairly obvious that some makers work for certain characters and some don't. Cheaper makers can put out decent masks, but it takes good photography and cosplay to put that in the same league as more expensive makers with generally more aesthetically pleasing designs.

Depends a lot on specifically how much a twink you are.

Not to brag but generally speaking I actually have a pretty good body for kig, got things like long legs, a narrow waist, a natural thigh gap, generally super skinny, Adam’s apple not very prominent.

The issue however is there are a lot issues like the previously mentioned body hair, broad shoulders, being fairly tall, manly hands, veiny arms etc. Those issues super stick out in kig. It’s like seeing some really cute cosplay girl at a con only for her to respond to you in a deep manly voice, they’re little things that add up and shatter the illusion.

So it comes down a lot to how many of those little issues you either have to deal with or can work around. Of course your standards might not be as high (not a bad thing) so you could be happy even with slightly scuffed results.
