I think they're fine for the most part. Yeah, KDHR's solos are often off, but Aiai has improved in the more recent lives compared to the older ones. She still sounds like she's just shouting the lyrics sometimes, there are some songs where this is especially noticeable, but overall I'd say her vocals are much better now.
I usually don't care that much though, because the hype and EMOTION really takes over when I'm watching them perform.

Bushiroad's soundstaging is notoriously awful at live performances with off-timing backing tracks, mics not picking up voices, etc. The most recent unedited/less-edited avenue to hear Aiai sing is the streams of Edel Delight, and she was at least middle tier among the cast there Ozapure couldn't maintain her Michiru voice during intense singing parts, Tonopi was out of breath sometimes, and so on. Obviously she isn't on a technically comparable level to a full-time singer like Youko but she has improved to some extent.

Someone pointed out that the August concert credits "Assault Lily Project" instead of Bushiroad. Bushiroad's involvement with the AL project overall is mostly for Hitotsuyanagitai-centric stuff and Last Bullet; the "Assault Lily Project" doesn't include the Azone-produced merch, official site/Twitter, novels, web serials, Ludojo/Odaiba shows, etc.

Though as mentioned last thread, with the anime ending, Radio Garden (hosted on Hibiki Radio Station at that) ending, and the likelihood that the December 2023 show has minimal/no involvement from Bushiroad, the signs seem to be pointing to them withdrawing or reducing their part. Perhaps it also has something to do with SMA and ex-SMA talents slowly but surely outnumbering Hibiki talents in the cast?[/small]

The anime was well drawn and animated but its writing was poorly paced and the director-writer (1) under-researched the source material and (2) mischaracterized several members of the cast. Last Bullet, Lost Memories, and the official Twitter also retconned/ignored many points raised in the anime.

I'm not just saying this because we're posting to a thread that talks more about the 3D people who portray the characters than the 2D characters, but if they actually made a second season to the anime (not Fruits) I'd much rather they pretend the first one didn't happen or just make a side story related to the Last Bullet or stage productions' plotlines.

I think most of you are too antisocial to understand social cues, if you have seen Tsumugui Risa interacting with other seiyuus, she always wants to be the center of attention to the point of annoyance of the rest of the cast, I dont think shes too liked backstage. In the last big Hibiki only event, she was scolded twice, live on the event, first by Aimi because Risa bursts on laughs when Aimin was talking, and second by the most chill seiyuu out there, Ayasa Ito, when in the closing words of Ayasa, Risa sneaked behind her to try to take her sunglases out, and Ayasa visibly annoyed tell her, not now, stop or something like that.
My point is, Tsumugui is not that good and not that liked, she was lucky and she tries to fill that void with raw attention but sometimes she cross the line. She doesnt know when to stop.
She seriously needs to learn that before shes alienated and even isolated/fired.
I like her, but she has some issues, maybe hyperactivity disorder.

Well, each day is around 2.5h long. The same as Rausch und/and Craziness, for example. That one is one disc per day and the bitrate is OK. You could technically split it into two discs, but it's not really necessary provided they use double-layer BDs. And I really hope they will, because the Popipa live was on single-layer discs and it looked bad.
I recall LL and im@s concerts being on multiple discs, but they're usually huge (over 3 hours) shows, so it's natural to split them. Plus you usually get some bonus content like making of or voice dramas with them, no way that would fit on a single BD. I wish Bushi did something like that, too.
On a side note, I wonder if we're ever gonna get seiyuu concerts on UHD BDs. I don't know how big the install base of UHD players in Japan is, but I'm sure fans would happily pay extra to see their favorite girls in 4K.

That's an interesting point actually. Up to around 10 years ago you would find it everywhere, otaku stuff or not. Nowadays many releases are stereo only, though at the same time you even get Dolby Atmos tracks on some concert BDs.
I guess many people moved away from proper surround setups in recent years, replacing them with crappy soundbars. There's also a kind of a resurgence of hifi stereo lately, those who give a shit about quality must've realized that music just doesn't sound as good on a home theater system. So there could just be less of an audience for surround sound than it was after the home cinema boom of the 2000s.
I only have a stereo setup myself currently, but surround sound would be a nice option to have nonetheless. Why are we even talking about this, it's not happening with Bushi anyway.
