I mean, distinct and recognizable voices are the ones that stay in your memory afterall. It was people like Yukarin and Kugyuu that had these really standout voices that got me curious and led me down the seiyuu rabbit hole. They also make the character stand out more.

Birdie Wing I expect her to not appear much considering the character description.

I have to be very wary of MagiReco S3. They changed a lot of the story for S2 (for better, her character got more spotlight and carried the show for me by being comically useless). The game has her doing a Big Hero moment which S3 could easily just push aside and she does nothing for the finale)

I don't know enough about them as an agency, but they have some heavy hitters, and some that were peaking around the same time as Nakahara like Hikasa and given the fact that to me Nakahara is a more subdued seiyuu, both in terms of acting and also she tends to have a very easy going personality, I'd say they just wanted to promote their flashiest seiyuu and didn't realize the talent they had in her. Hopefully she plays the long game and just continues to have a steady career with diverse roles as she has done.
She's already one of the greats, so rest easy. What she does now just pads her resume.
