It's really just a bunch of folding back and forth to get a nice quasi-grid pattern and then drawing in lines in all the right places. Origami skills are for speed and precision, not so much pretty-flower-opens-up-to-reveal-STR-DEX-CON-INT-WIS-CHA

Pixies, Nixies, Sprites, etc. have fairly large stat adjustments and LA. The "Petal" from MM3 is better, tiny size, flight, a single racial HD that gets replaced by class levels, and a +2 LA. Typically, I shun LA at every opportunity, but that is rather nice However, the deal breaker on Petals was their stat adjustments; -6 Str, +10 Dex, +4 Con, +4 INFUCKINGTELLIGENCE, Wis +0, Cha +8.

With some work it MIGHT be worth it (losing those 2 levels reduces overall dakkamaku ability rather somewhat) but a Cirno with 12 Intelligence on a point buy? Blasphemy, I know enough about 9-ball to not fall for that.

So I just went Halfling and fuck it, she's a Sorcerer, spells can handle flight.

Alright, here's a start.

Reimu Hakurei: Lazy, somewhat genocidal shrine maiden that solves incidents because it's her job and she doesn't want her reputation to be tarnished. Anyone she defeats gravitates towards her shrine and becomes a regular visitor, much to her chagrin because she doesn't get many human visitors anymore. Her ability is to fly/float away, a shitty ability (everyone can fly in Gensokyo) which she wields with amazing proficiency (her ultimate skill is floating away from existance itself and is unbeatable if she doesn't allow herself to be beaten out of courtesy. ) despite rarely if ever training. Her danmaku is characterized by homing bullshit with no gaps around, extremely fast bursting bullets, trapping attacks and balls everywhere.
Marisa Kirisame: Ordinary human that gained magical powers through hard work and guts. Very fond of explosive magic, says magic isn't magic if it isn't flashy. Has in her possession the mini-Hakkero (Hakkero being the furnace Sun Wukong was imprisoned in), a focus that allows her to use her trademark giant laser, Master Spark. Her attacks consist of stars, stars, lasers and some more stars. Tries to solve incidents from time to time to continue her rivalry with Reimu.
Sakuya Izayoi: Head maid (and only human employee) of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Serves her mistress, Remilia, personally. The only competent maid because the fairies "employed" there cause a ruckus at best. Is able to stop time and alter space, Scarlet Devil Mansion is much larger on the inside than the outside due to that. Her danmaku is characterized by knives (that redirect themselves), time stops and being absolutely unbeatable. Fucking Killing Doll. Known to attempt opening windows in outer space.

Remilia Scarlet: Somewhat childish, somewhat cunning vampire mistress of Scarlet Devil mansion. Her attacks are fast and almost always red, her being a vampire and all. Fond of melee fighting. Has in her arsenal the single hardest attack in the entire series. Her power is to control fate, though she isn't often depicted to make use of it.
Sanae Kotiya: Completely genocidal shrine maiden that takes her job a bit more seriously. Came from the outside world, went from "How did I get here I'm not good with danmaku" to "I AM KOTIYA, THE LIVING GOD. KNEEL AND DESPAIR BEFORE MY MIGHT" in 3 games. Her power is to realize miracles.
Kanako Yasaka: Sanae's deity that takes a business approach to worship because deities die if they are forgotten. Relocated her shrine from the outside world to Gensokyo in an attempt to garner faith from the local demons. It's working, except the part where sending her shrine maiden to hunt demons turned her into a megalomaniac, see above.
Suwako Moriya: The true owner of the Moriya shrine, defeated by Kanako some time ago. Teams up with Kanako for the faith gathering plan, though doesn't really care either way.
Youmu Konpaku: Gardener of Netherworld. Netherworld is gigantic, so being the gardener of it requires mad skills like running at about half the speed of light while trimming trees with two swords. Half alive and half dead with her body alive but her soul out of her body, how that happened is not explained. Serves the mistress of Netherworld, Yuyuko.
Yuyuko Saigyouji: A human girl who sacrificed herself to seal a demon tree some 1000 years ago. The demon tree is still there, somehow relocated in the land of the dead in Gensokyo, which she rules. Her body is buried under it. A happy-go-lucky character with hidden wisdom, sees through everyone's plans but doesn't let on much. Her ability is tempt mortals to death, which she rarely uses.

Lemme see, off the top of my head I can put faces to (forgiving spelling errors) Reimu, Marisa, Cirno, Utsuho, Yuomo, Nazrin, Chen, Tewi/Tei, Reisen, Hong Meiling, Sakuya, Patchouli, Flandre and Remilia, Aya, Wriggle, Alice, Suika, Momiji, Tenshi, Eirin... and I know about what a little over half of those are "capable" of, roughly speaking. Huh, now that I think about it, that's a few more than 20.

No idea yet how I'm gonna do Marisa and Reimu, aside from blasty-type casters. Sakuya can either get Time Stop or Knife-spam, hard to do both. I figure I'll go knife spam, I think I've got a way to get off a good 3 dozen knives in a round at least once per day.

Если первый взрыв увидел конец Советского Союза и холодной войны, то второе увидело бы начала что-то ужаша. Немедленные влияния взрыва были трудны для того чтобы наблюдать, и даже больше, котор нужно понять но в пределах лет зона вокруг Чернобыль начинала привлечь группу людей убеженные, что что зажиточность клала в ravaged землю. Эти люди, смешанный пук всеми стандартами, пришли к были известным под названием Сталкеры.
