Without Zepia, Tatari takes Sion's blood as catalyst. We get some kind of future Sion who became tatari to continue with her researchs and pretty much gets to the same conclusion, "in the future, there's only death for the world". So, instead of trying to stop it, she decides that it's better to keep a record with all of the humanity's knowlege.

This wouldn't be that bad if she wasn't trying to rewrite currente reality with the notes one, in order to accelerate the process.

She also recreates everyone who was dead from memories to stop anyone who gets on her way, too bad that most of them don't care about that and have their own plans.
